This large townhouse has a guest apartment with it´s own entrance on the lower floor. Within the guest apartment there is a double bedroom, bathroom and sitting room. It is possible to use the sitting room as a further bedroom or study as required.
On the main floor is a living room with fireplace, a large terrace across the front of the house and a kitchen and separate dining room.
On the first floor are three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite and there is one further bathroom.
The house has underfloor heating and airconditioning.
In addition there is a garage with the property.
The house is situated close to one of the two communal pools.
The community of La Heredia also benefits from 24 hour security and a gated entrance. Within the picturesque village there is a wonderful restaurant, and a bakery/delicatessen. There is also a butchers and the popular Bar.

The village of Benahavis stands 500 meters above sea levels and is situated about 7km inland from the A7 (N340) the famed coast road on the Costa del Sol.
