This beautiful villa is located in the lower half of Torreblanca and offers stunning sea views from the terrace that runs around the house in the east / south and south-westerly direction. From the outside it gives a very discreet appearance and looks small but once inside you are met by large and bright spaces. On the entrance floor we find the living room with dining area and fireplace, a bright and spacious kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room you can step out onto the large open terrace. Downstairs we find two bedrooms with bathrooms and with its own exit to a covered terrace, one further terrace with a barbecue area and the stairs down to the 19-square-meter pool. In the lowest level of the house we find a separate guest / youth apartment with its own entrance, its own kitchen and bathroom and a small room for DIY enthusiasts. Torreblanca is a district of Fuengirola, with Los Boliches and Los Pacos as its closest neighbours in the municipality. It is a quiet area, but at the same time near the city pulse of Fuengirola and the wonderful seafront Paseo Maritimo. Most of the properties here are villas and townhouses, but you can also find a few apartment blocks. Torreblanca has its own train station and several bus stops, or if you prefer to go by car, Fuengirola is only 2 minutes away. The Malaga airport is roughly 20 minutes away by car.
Fuengirola, with its near 70,000 inhabitants is the centre of many of the Expat communities on the Costa del Sol. The train from Malaga, by way of the airport, has its last stop here. The town is located only 20 minutes´ drive from Malaga airport and it has the longest and most beautiful beach promenade on the coast. 8 km with generous cycle and pedestrian lanes are lined with 100s of restaurants and bars. Just outside Fuengirola is Mijas Golf with two 18-hole golf courses.

Popular with avid golfers, Fuengirola is set in the heart of the golfing territory of the Costa del Golf, Mijas Golf is just a short drive from the town centre and there are numerous additional courses within close proximity.
The population has grown from 8,500 people in the 1960s to over 63,000 official residents with a large number of expats now residing there on a permanent basis. In the summer months, this number swells enormously with inbound tourism, providing excellent rental occupancy levels for holiday home investors.
