Fantastic beach side location, just a 1 minute stroll from the beach, a local beach bar and to a plethora of shops, bars and restaurants.  There is no need to get in the car to enjoy the local amenities.  There is public transport links a few hundred meters from the property to go further afield and easy access to the main coastal highway.
