A FERRARI ON THE OUTSIDE, A ROLLS ROYCE ON THE INSIDE
Well, how do you describe a masterpiece like this one with words? It is virtually impossible, but note the following:
You will not find a house, as well built as this one – This large villa is built according to Scandinavian standards and that includes anything from complete drainage around the house to 65 cm insulation (walls and ceiling) and hydronic underfloor heating. In addition you have a large garage (for 5-6 cars) and even a part of the basement that can be turned into a separate apartment or a bodega with its own entrance.
The pictures will speak for themselves, but the views from this gem of gems are breathtaking! Panoramic to say the least where you can see all the way to Cabopino on your left, the northern Coast of Africa straight a head and the whole rock of Gibraltar slightly to your right. Impressive to say the least! No pictures in the world will do this property justice. It needs to be seen first hand and on site, so please do not hesitate to contact us for a viewing where we will share all the other goodies this house offers, with you.

Demand for property from overseas buyers has risen but there is a distinct lack of high rise building as seen in some of the more established over constructed resorts in Spain and the area still is predominantly inhabited by Spanish residents.
Manilva is home to vineyards that produce several wines that are unique to the area and the restaurants and beach bars are renowned for their delicious fish and seafood dishes.
Moving towards the coastline Sabanillas, the coastal resort is also more traditional with its long promenade and long beach’s the area has a far more rustic appeal than its more cosmopolitan counter parts further along the coastline.
La Duquesa marina is situated half way between Marbella and Gibraltar. Set in a beautiful location on the Costa del Sol, this marina is really one of the best in Europe.
Nestled between two blue flag beaches complete with beach bars and restaurants, La Duquesa offers a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle you would normally expect to find on the Costa del Sol.
The Marina opens directly onto sandy beaches that stretch for kilometres down to Playa Casares with a connecting promenade to the neighbouring town of Sabinillas offering a wide range of amenities.
The marina boasts a wide choice of amenities including a varied range of restaurants, bars and boutique shops.
The surrounding area boasts a number of high quality golf courses including the Duquesa Golf and Country Club which has some fantastic facilities.
Whilst La Duquesa offers a more relaxed atmosphere away from the package holiday areas on the Costa Del Sol, the marina is just a short drive from some of the more touristic destinations of the coast including:
La Duquesa Marina offers a relaxed alternative to the more touristic destinations on the Costa Del Sol and has become increasingly popular with holiday makers wishing to get away from the hustle and bustle of package tour destinations.
