Great finca with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, lots of land and private pool. Just on the entrance of Casares village, no difficult roads, easy access, great quiet location and it has the most spectacular views that you will be able to find. There are 3 wells all with water, you get mountain view and a full open view west facing, absolutely gorgeous. The house is legal, but still part of a larger plot, so you could also acquire more land if this is what you wish. Electric not installed, but a point for electric has been paid for, though the current owner only uses electric from his 6 solarpanels and he has new battery system recently installed. Water he does use from the hidralia company, but there is enough water on the land from the wells if this is what you would like to use. Mainly a lot of trees, this land is dryer so not fantastic for fruit trees. Unique location, come and check this out.

Casares is a picture postcard village with a population of just under six thousand residents. Set inland from Casares Costa and just West of Estepona, Casares municipality has seen a dramatic transformation over the past decade, with new world class golf courses and residential urbanisations being constructed in the area, such as Valderama and Dona Julia golf resorts.
The unspoilt beaches offer a more traditional natural feel, however, in recent years more upmarket beach clubs and hotels have emerged on the coastline, bringing with them a more upmarket level of cliental.
Casares Village is a popular tourist destination with traditional cobbled streets and a variety of homely restaurants offering Andalusian Cuisine, the Village is particularly renowned for its view point and panoramic views.
Steeped in tradition the 12th century Castle, around which grew the present town center, was founded by the occupying Moors in 1361. Julius Caesar is even renowned to have visited the Spa of Hedionda and was cured of a liver complaint due to the sulfuric waters that still pour out from the local spring.
Property prices in Casares are still undergoing re-adjustment and offer some exceptional bargains for the price conscious buyer. However, with increasing demand and sales levels, this is set to be a short lived opportunity.
